Integrating the European “Asylum Package” in national law

AEDH has monitored the negotiations that led to the present legal texts that are now adopted by the European Parliament to constitute our common European Asylum Law. Some of them are applicable as they are, some of them need to be transformed into national law. The next possible level of influence for human rights promotion is therefore the national one, where each member state’s parliament has to create or amend national law to integrate the new European regulations.
